Central Leads and the Sales Office dashboard

Use Dashboard to plan your work and Central Leads to review requests and track referrals. These views show the selected Sales Office. If you belong to several offices, choose one when prompted; use Change office on the dashboard to switch.

Find your next task

  1. Open Dashboard to see Global sales overview.
  2. Check Your next actions. Unfinished referrals appear first, followed by the oldest leads needing review. Select an action to open the lead.
  3. Use In review or New leads to open the corresponding Central Leads view.
  4. Check Coming up for your appointments with Central Leads. Times are shown in your local time.

The action list and Coming up each show up to five items. Use Review all leads → to open the full queue. Property progress counts individual property opportunities, so one office lead can contribute to several stages.

Review leads that need referral

Open Central Leads → Needs referral. Search by planner, company, event, property, or team; use the filter control to narrow by status, owner, or source. Select Age to change the order.

  • Send… opens a lead for review and referral.
  • Add properties… lets you send an already-referred lead to more properties.
  • Review… opens unfinished referral processing so you can check or recover it.

On a phone, the corresponding actions are Refer and Review. A Sent lead can still appear in Needs referral when more destinations are available.

To change who coordinates a lead, open its referral panel and select the pencil beside Lead owner. Select an Owner, then select Save owner. Select Cancel to keep the current owner. This changes the office lead owner, not the sellers assigned to property opportunities.

Track referred leads

  1. Open Central Leads → Referred leads.
  2. Search for the planner, lead, or property. Use Active leads, No newer seller message, or Upcoming appointments to focus the list.
  3. Expand a lead using the arrow next to its name. On a phone, open the lead card.
  4. Review each property's seller, conversation, latest message, appointment, and referral status.
  5. Select Property details to inspect Automatic property response and its delivery details. Open a conversation from a message link when your access allows it.

Read message and response indicators

IndicatorWhat to check
No seller message yetNo human seller message is recorded for this opportunity. Review the property details before following up.
Planner sent last message or Seller sent last messageShows the message indicator for that property. Read the conversation, when permitted, to decide what follow-up is needed.
Property response wasn't sentOpen Property details to check why the initial automatic response was not sent.
Status unavailableSiv could not load the message status. Do not treat this as confirmation that a reply was or was not sent.

Under Automatic property response, Sent to planner records a sent response, Waiting to send shows pending work, and Couldn’t send includes the reason. Not sent — existing opportunity is expected when you attached an opportunity; linking it does not restart its initial email. An attached opportunity can show conversation activity from before the referral.

Message indicators do not determine the property's sales outcome or prove that someone owes a reply. Likewise, a past appointment does not by itself confirm that the meeting took place.
